Praxeo iWatch provides a free service for companies to upload details of insurance coverage and to check the insurance details of other companies working with them. By providing a central web-based portal for this critical information, contractors can meet their reporting obligations to a wide range of owners and head contractors immediately. For owners and property managers, Praxeo iWatch provides an easy way to manage the insurance certificates and compliance of their contractors and tenants. In addition to the free service, the Premium Service includes the ability to create watch-lists and include any number of companies. Watch-list managers can invite companies to upload their details and will receive automatically generated email reports on pending expiries. By placing companies on a watch-list, users also receive more information on the company’s insurance - such as policy number, level of coverage and expiry date - than is available with the free service. The monthly cost for the Premium Service is $10 per watch-list plus $1 for each company placed on the watch-list.
