Kevah Works – Forms

by Jon on April 4, 2011

We’ve been overwhelmed with the positive response we’ve had for Kevah Works Forms, even though they only launched two weeks ago!

We’ve had a large number of new companies sign-up, and we’ve been doing a lot of training and assisting companies to get set-up and running with the new Forms. A lot of what we have learned over the least two weeks will be making it into the online Kevah Works help materials.

Additionally, we’ll be profiling some of these innovative uses of Kevah Works in the coming weeks to highlight how Kevah Works integrates quality assurance into work management, creating a streamlined and quality service delivery.  Some innovative ideas for Kevah Works forms already:

  • Weekly and monthly quality assurance inspections for specific areas
  • Staff training records – with a Kevah Works Form to collect information about the training completed, skills assessed etc.
  • Equipment maintenance – a Keavh Works Form to inspect machinery on site (such a floor polisher / carpark sweeper etc) – with a checklist and maintenance notes.  Once created, the Form is scheduled as a Job to be completed every quarter or every six months as required.
  • OHS site inspections – scheduling a quarterly inspection of site OHS – chemical registers, electrical test-and-tag, signage, etc – all the site requirements reviewed to ensure safety of staff – created in a Kevah Works Form and scheduled.

The flexibility of Kevah Works Forms means that you can inspect, report, or collect data from sites for any purpose.  The workflow management allows you to customise these inspections / reports for the site, schedule when the need to be done, monitor that they have been done, and easily track any follow-up actions.

All in the one, easy to use, affordable web-based application.

Try Kevah Works free for 30 days, and you’ll be amazed at how your operations improve.
