Kevah Works Pricing
Kevah Works is a fully hosted, on-line system. There is a 30 day free period for your first site. Pricing is based on licenses for bundles of sites. For your active, licensed sites, you receive:
- Unlimited number of staff or users on the system
- Unlimited number of Jobs and Forms
- Free use of the “Training Site” for staff training
- Email support (see below for phone or face-to-face support packages)
- Access to our on-line support and help library
Prices start at $25 per month for 5 sites – yes, $5 per month per site! And as you add more and more sites, the price drops quickly, and is as low as $1 per site per month. (All charges are in Australian Dollars.)

- 25 sites, $125 per month
- 50 sites, $200 per month
- 75 sites, $250 per month
- 100 sites, $300 per month

Valorem accepts Visa, Mastercard and AMEX through our secure payment gateway, eWay. Payment is integrated into Kevah Works. For Australian customers, GST is added to these prices at the current rate of 10%. Full terms of service are available at Kevah Works or directly here.
By purchasing Kevah Works, you are supporting Australian developed software, and will be actively contributing to the continued growth of the product.
Starter Package
Get started with the right set-up for your company, and training and support to get all your staff going. For the low one-off fee of $990 inc GST, we will:
- Consult with you and discuss your needs and requirements.
- Create up to 4 forms,
- Training for key staff for up to two hours, on-site in Sydney or remotely
- Phone support for 90 days.
This is over $2,000 of value, and is a great way to get started and get the most out of Kevah Works. If you’d like us to travel outside of Sydney for the consultation and training, travel and accommodation fees will apply at cost.
Support
Kevah Works pricing is kept so low by separating out support from the fees. There is a growing library of support materials online, and all Kevah Works customers receive free email support, and we endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 1 working day. Every company also receives 1 hour of free phone, Skype or face-to-face support (in Sydney) with their trial account.
For Telephone or face-to-face support, Valorem offers support at the reasonable hourly rate of $80. Support hours are purchased through the Kevah Works interface by your Company Admin user. This time can be used for training, set-up or on-going support – either remotely or at your office.
All prices are listed ex-GST, and GST is added for Australian Customers. Currently payment is by invoice and account only, and support will only be provided when accounts are paid. Hours can be used at any time within 12 months of purchase. Remote support via Skype and our remote support tools is available to all our global customers during Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours. Travel time for face-to-face support at your office will be counted in these support bundles, and flights and accommodation will be charged at cost for support outside the Sydney Metro area.
